Phase 2. Day 2 Pt. 2

Hey everyone! So I lost 2.5 pounds since yesterday! I was soooo happy. I love this feeling :)

Breakfast:

- Green Tea

Snack:

- 4 Strawberries - 20 calories

Lunch:

- 3.5 oz of chicken breast - 150 calories

- 1 cup of lettuce - 10 calories

Snack:

- Apple - 80 calories

- 4 Melba Toasts - 70 calories

Dinner:

- Chicken Soup w/ celery and spinach - 175 calories

Snack:

- 17 Club minis - 70 calories ——- sorry :(

Total: 575 calories

Exercise: - 413 calories

Net: 162 calories

That sound pretty awesome to me :) I just wish I hadn’t eaten those club minis, but they’re soooo gooooodddd. Ugh. Whatever. I hope I won’t gain or stall for that. 

Phase 2. Day 1 Pt.2

Hey everyone. I’m starting the HCG diet all over again. I’m back on gear and I will keep losing weight :)

Breakfast:

Lunch:

- 4 slices turkey breast ham - 60 calories

- 1 cup of lettuce - 10 calories

- 2 Melba Toasts - 40 calories

Snack:

- 3 Melba Toasts - 50 calories

- Orange - 62 calories

Dinner:

- 3.5 oz of chicken breast - 160 calories

- .5 cup of cucumber - 8 calories

- 6 cherry tomatoes - 18 calories

- 1/4 cup of asparagus - 7 calories

Total: 430 calories

Exercise: - 300 calories

Net: 130 calories
